We are starting a new Alpha Course in Henfield in September.

Alpha

Building on positive experience of the course in the past, we will be beginning a new cycle of the Alpha course in St. Peter’s Henfield on Tuesday evenings, starting at 7pm on Tuesday 18 September.

We will start with a light meal, and the first session is called “Is there more to life than this?”

The course is free, and you can just turn up on the evening – but it would help if you could ring the office, on 01273 495532, or email admin@henfield.org.

Look out for further details as we get closer to the date.

Church In Action: Caring for the Poor and Oppressed

Last week, we were privileged to have a special preview screening of the major Christian film release, “58:”, followed by a question and answer session with the film’s producer and director, Tony Neeves.

We will be following this up, this coming Thursday evening, with a study meeting to explore the biblical mandate to care for the poor and oppressed.

If you are interested in coming the to this meeting, but missed the film showing, we can lend you a copy of the DVD to view at home.

Refreshments provided. All are welcome to attend.

Time: 8.00 p.m.                Venue: St. Peter’s Church, Church Lane, Henfield.
More info: Church Office (01273 495532) or Kate Bailey (01273 640715)
