Two weeks ago in In2mission, our group of 3 to 9 year olds learnt that Jesus called himself the Good Shepherd. This morning we continued with this theme and shared the Parable of the Lost Sheep.

Heather reads the story to us in church.

When we moved to Church House, Karen helped us remember what we had learned last time.

Some of us just had to show just how much we remembered of the story.

Then it was time to make our very own lost sheep.

'More Cheerios?'

‘More Cheerios?’

Liberal amounts of PVA glue were spread over the sheep and ourselves and Cheerios were carefully stuck down. Mums and leaders helped out. Some Cheerios just had to be consumed in order to keep our strength up and eventually we had created a very happy, curly fleeced, found sheep.

In2mission will take a break for the next few weeks as we make way for All Age Worship on 3rd November, Remembrance Sunday on 10th and Xplore on 17th but we will be back on 24th November to draw the Church’s year to a close.

All children over 3 are very welcome to join us.
